I have some exciting this to share!

One of the things people are surprised to find out about me is that I’m a huge football (soccer) fan. On the 7th of Feb, Nigerian played against South African for a place in the AFCON finals. For my American family, AFCON is like the Super Bowl, but for the whole continent. Anway, the match was full of heart throbbing tension. To cut to the chase, Nigeria won and I, who didn’t do anything but scream at the television, was exhausted so I went to bed really early.

I say all this to say I was totally out of it but woke up some hours later to a message on IG. One of my “go harders” Yeah, she’s a reader who goes hard for me alerted me that I had been nominated for an award!!!

I usually don’t check when nominations come out because sometimes, I think I’m speaking to a void, and no one really sees me. If they do, I never win so…Anyway, the nominations came out some days ago and now I’m humbly asking for your vote. Please…
