Small Things..

   In a vision he has seen a man named Ananias come and place his hands on him to restore his sight.~ John 9:12

Good Morning,

Woke up this morning and the air seemed different. Well I guess it wasn’t really different it was all in the mind because through the grace of God my family and I had gotten to see the last year of the month roll around. For this I’m grateful. During devotion I was reading the book of Act, chapter 9 to be precise. The conversion of Saul.  God used Ananias to help Saul now turned to Paul to fulfill his destiny. God used him to heal Saul’s eyes so he could see again. After this Ananias is not really mentioned again as doing any other thing significant. But the role he played in God’s divine plan has not gone unnoticed. Despite his fears on the kind of man Saul was he heeded the call. Paul went on to become a powerful apostle and the author of a good part of the New Testament.

Got me to thinking, sometimes the things we do, big or small can contribute in other fulfilling or derailing  the destiny of others without us knowing it.  Also some of the things people do to us, good or bad is there for us to fulfill ours. According to one of the great motivational speakers of our time; “You can have everything in your life you want if you just help others get what they want”~ Zig Ziglar RIP.

Lord, let me always be so in tuned with you that I heed your call just like Ananias in playing my part in your divine plan for my life and those around me.
